Mars Scales is offering Wi-Fi (wireless) and / or Ethernet (cables) data collection
from numerous weighing stations via LAN (local area network) into a Host
(Office) computer.
Operator’s task will be to:
1. place product on the scale
2. scan barcode or key-in product number via keypad
3. remove product from the scale
Host computer will receive, for example, the following data:
Date : Barcode / Product number : Weight
Mars Scale provides:
1. Scales, barcode scanners and/or numeric keypads ready to be incorporated into LAN
2. Data collection software, installed into Host computer
3. Setup Host computer
4. Data transfer from each weighing station into Host computer
Customer supplies:
1. Host computer
2. Access to LAN from weighing station locations
