Return/ Exchange/Cancellation
Policy
- All claims must be made within 3 days after receipt of goods
- Goods cannot be returned without our written authorization
- All returned goods must be in unused, resalable condition, in original
packaging with all manuals and instructions
- All authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge
- Shipping & handling charges are not refundable
- No order cancellation after goods have been shipped
- No returns or order cancellation on custom weighing equipment
- No returns on any scale parts
Limited Warranty
Mars Scale equipment is warranted to the original retail purchaser for a period of one year from the date of invoice against defects in materials and/or workmanship. During the warranty period we will repair or, at our option, replace free of charge the defective product, when used under normal conditions. The purchaser shall provide Mars Scale with a
copy of the invoice and a written description of alleged non-conformities. The product has to be returned to us, freight and insurance prepaid and securely packaged. The shipping charges back will be paid by us.
Adjustment of any internal components by other than a factory authorized technician, or damage caused through negligence, abuse, accident, misuse, overload, unreasonable use, improper installation or service, force, foreign material inside of the product, exposure to corrosive materials or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship voids warranty coverage. Mars Scale shall be the sole judge of all alleged non-conformities.
Except as provided above, no other express or implied warranty, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is given by Mars Scale.
Mars Scale’s sole and exclusive liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. In no event shall Mars Scale be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages, including without limitation direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages to equipment or personnel, resulting from use or inability to use a product, any breach of warranty or any act of omission of Mars Scale, its officers or agents.
In accepting this warranty the purchaser waives any and all other claims to warranty.
